Welcome to my fellow foodies. My name is Ali, I live with my foodie family in the beautiful county of Lancashire, England, United Kingdom. Firstly I would like to make a confession.  I love cooking and I love food, I’m sure you do too.  I wanted to share this passion with everyone and try different things. I’m not a trained professional but I’m willing to have a go. I believe that cooking is like art, we all see and create things differently. Everyone does things in their own unique way and that’s a good thing. This way we get others to see something that they wouldn’t ordinarily see.  It’s called sharing and you will agree with me that sharing is caring.  When an individual  mixes colours together they create amazing unique colours, and the same concept goes for cooking. You combine different ingredients and you get unique results, the beautiful thing about cooking is each result depends on the combination and amount used. You see, we are creating different tastes every time. I have already said that I’m not a trained professional but I  wholeheartedly love cooking.
